Cancellation policy Covid-19
Due to the current circumstances (Covid-19), the cancellation policy is as follows:The owner is under obligation to rent the rooms and to provide all advertised services to any customer that requests them.
In order to complete your reservation, guests will be asked for a deposit up to 25% of the total value of their stay (nights X night cost). The deposit cannot be less than the price of a single night stay.
In case a single person chooses to stay at a double room will be charged 100% of the standard double room price.
Adding an extra bed to a double room will raise the room's price by 20%. No visitors are allowed inside the rooms.
Furthermore, the management has to be notified of any visitors that might be invited to enter and use the lounge.
Cancellation policy
If a cancellation occurs:
21 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded (the client will still be liable for any expenses (bank transfer fee etc).
8 to 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded (the client will still be liable for any expenses (bank transfer fee etc).
7 or less days prior to arrival, the client is not entitled to a refund.
In case of a "no show", the client will be charged the entire cost of the reservation.

Deposits Policy
Credit card: If you have a credit card you can use it without worrying about the safety of your credit card info. Once you have completed your reservation at AEOLOS you will be redirected to the secured page of Viva Wallet to enter your credit card details. Your transaction takes place directly to Viva Wallet secure server with 128 bit encryption. Aeolos does NOT maintain and does NOT store your credit card details. You must re-enter your credit card details for each new reservation.
PayPal: The PayPal is the most popular and reliable way for online purchases with millions of users worldwide. You can comfortably and safely make payments from your computer or mobile device with just a few clicks.
Bank account deposit: You have the option to pay your reservation to our bank account (Piraeus Bank).
Reservations can be made by phone or by mail or by our booking site.
Aeolos has the right to cancel a reservation inside a period of 24 hours, if a problem occurred. Aeolos will return 100% of the advance payment if the customer paid and inform him for the cancellation.
Provided that the requested rooms are available, the reservation will be valid once the deposit is received via bank transfer or via Credit Card or via PayPal. The deposit is required to be equal to 25% (or 50% if is is an OFFER) of the total cost of your stay.
The balance of the amount is paid on the first day of your arrival.
Customer protection
If you decide to make a reservation you accept all the terms that are written in Ν. 2251/1994(Greek law).
Check-in times: 14:00 at the earliest. 19:00 at the latest.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in times: 14:00 at the earliest. 19:00 at the latest. In case your arrival is scheduled before 14:00 or after 19:00, please notify us on time.
Check-out times: 11:00 at the latest.
If you wish to extend your stay after 11:00, please notify our stuff before 12:00 on the previous day. Extending your stay on the day of your departure (if there is available room) after 12:00 and until 18:00, will cost you 50% of the regular room rate, after 18:00 you will be charged 100% of the regular room price.
Animals are not allowed.
In case of cancellation during your stay in our Studios, you are required to pay 50% of the amount that is still remaining.
